ALL ACCOUNTS  MUST BE CLEARED. Students will not be permitted to take final exams, if accounts are not cleared. All unpaid accounts will be turned over to collections. Parent will be responsible for court fees along with unpaid balance.

~Parents~

Tuition and Exploratory Fee Payments are due between the 1st and 5th of each month.

Paymentsmust be made in the front office! 

Any fees received after the 5th will incur a late fee and must be paid by Money Order or Cashier's Check.

 

Report cards will be emailed by June 12,2015 UNLESS you have a past due balance......Past due accounts will be officially turned over to collection agency June 30,2015. Keep in mind that all student records will be held until collection process is completed and all court fees will be added to your final balance due.


MAKE SURE YOU HAVE YOUR CHILDS UNIFORMS AND SCHOOL SUPPLIES ARE READY FOR THE FIRST DAY OF SCHOOL! The school supply list will be posted on the tiger link June 20, 2015.



Kindergarten and Senior Graduates interested in having cap and gown portraits made should contact Rick Milton Photography at (706) 860- 3612 to schedule an appointment.  There will be a $30 session fee for portraits.  


 

Spring Term Information 

Students who have not brought in required Kleenex and hand sanitizer must do so now!

 

HELP SUPPORT OUR SCHOOL!   

~Thank you to the students who have already participated. ~


**Reminder: When 100% participation is recieved the school wide reward will be announced.**


  • Please Drop students off promptly at 7:15am. Your child will be tardy at 7:31am. If arriving late you MUST park your car and walk your child in to be signed in.
  • Parents picking up students between 3:46 and 4:45 will incur a $10 charge due upon pick up. There will be an additional charge of $1 every minute late thereafter.
  • All student belongings need to be labeled with their name. (All clothing included)
  • Students lunches MUST consist of nutritious foods that DO NOT require refridgeration.
  • Official P.E. Day has changed to Tuesday

Effective 10/7/2013

Due to recent national events open door policy will no longer be in effect.  Parents who wish to have lunch with their child(ren) may do so in the front office.


Students are now required to have their own library card

Any extra change?

Students can bring pennies to put in the "Penny Jar" to raise funds for student activities.
